What is SimplyRPM?
SimplyRPM is SMART on FHIR enabled remote patient monitoring software from ReimburseRPM. It connects RPM devices, patient readings, alerts, and Medicare billing documentation directly to your EHR.
What does SMART on FHIR mean?
SMART on FHIR is an open healthcare standard that lets applications launch securely inside an electronic health record with patient context. For SimplyRPM, it means clinicians see RPM data inside the chart instead of a separate portal.
Which EHRs does SimplyRPM work with?
Any EHR that supports the SMART on FHIR app launch framework, which certified EHRs must expose under the 21st Century Cures Act – including Epic, athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks.
Which devices are supported?
Cellular and Bluetooth blood pressure monitors, weight scales, glucometers, and pulse oximeters from brands such as Tenovi, OMRON, Smart Meter, TeleRPM, Telli Health, Trividia, and VitaFit.
Which CPT codes does SimplyRPM support?
All 2026 Medicare RPM codes: 99453 (setup), 99454 (16-30 days of readings), 99445 (2-15 days, new in 2026), 99457 (first 20 minutes), 99458 (additional 20 minutes), and 99470 (first 10 minutes, new in 2026).
Is patient data secure?
Yes. Access uses OAuth 2.0 scopes under the SMART framework, data is encrypted in transit, and monitoring documentation is retained in audit-ready form.
How do we get started?
Contact the ReimburseRPM team for a demo. Most practices enroll their first patients within days of EHR app registration.
